Cancellation and Refund Policy

Setup and Configuration Charges:

- Setup and configuration charges incurred during the initial installation of MyHotelLine services will not be refunded under any circumstances. These charges cover the initial setup and customization of the software to suit the client's specific requirements.

Subscription Cancellation:

‍

- Clients have the flexibility to cancel their subscription to MyHotelLine services at any time.

- In the case of monthly plan subscriptions, the subscription will be stopped after completing the ongoing month. No further charges will be incurred for future months.

- For yearly plan subscriptions, if a client wishes to cancel, the remaining amount will be refunded. However, the refund will exclude the ongoing quarter period.

Refund Process

- Refunds for cancelled yearly plan subscriptions will be processed within 15 business days from the date of cancellation.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the subscription purchase.

- Once the refund has been processed, clients will receive a confirmation email/notification.

- Please note that it may take some time for the refunded amount to reflect in the client's account, depending on the policies of the respective financial institution

Communication:

- Clientsare required to inform MyHotelLine's customer support team in writing/email regarding their intention to cancel their subscription.

- Itis recommended to include relevant details such as the subscription plan, client ID, and reason for cancellation to expedite the process.

Non-refundable Items:

- Apart from setup and configuration charges, all other fees and charges associated with MyHotelLine services are non-refundable.

- This includes any additional modules, add-ons, or customization services purchased by the client.
